About Mahanagar Gas Limited (MGL)

MGL is one of the leading natural gas distribution companies in India.  In 1995, GAIL (India) Ltd, the BG Group, (U.K.) and the Government of Maharashtra entered into a joint venture to form MGL.  MGL, which pioneered the natural gas distribution network in Mumbai and its surrounding areas, is an ISO certified company which has ISO 9001:2000, ISO-14001 and OHSAS 18001 certificates to its credit.

Mahanagar Gas CNG

MGL, with its robust network of around 150 CNG stations and more than 700 CNG dispensing points, has been supplying CNG to over 2 lakhs vehicles in and around Mumbai city. Mahanagar Gas CNG is being used by almost all of the taxis, auto-rickshaws in Mumbai city. Buses of MSRTC, TMT, BEST & NMMT, passenger cars, school buses, postal vans, courier vans, light and heavy vehicles are also plying on Mahanagar Gas CNG.

Mahanagar Gas PNG

MGL with its extremely well developed natural gas distribution network in Mumbai and its surrounding areas, has over 4.5 lakhs of customers who are connected through its wide range of network of over 3050 kms comprising of  carbon steel (CS) and polyethylene (PE) pipeline. Domestic Mahanagar Gas PNG is used mainly for cooking and water heating. PNG also finds its use in other places such as Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Hotels, Flight kitchens, Restaurants, places of Worship etc. PNG, being efficient, non-polluting and relatively economical, satisfies most of the fuel requirements across all segments.

Payment process is as follows

• MGL will send you a physical bill.
• Login to www.billjunction.com with your registered UserID and Password
• Enter the bill amount and bill due date and click 'PAY' button
• RBI will process your request through the Electronic Clearing Service.
• Your bank account is debited as a payment to MGL.
